Dear Sir or Madam,
We cordially invite you to our Capital Market Partner webcast with DLA Piper on the topic:
“Ad Hoc Disclosure under the EU Listing Act – New Challenges for Issuers?”
With the EU Listing Act, ad hoc disclosure pursuant to Art. 17 MAR was significantly revised as of 5 June 2026. The changes particularly affect extended processes such as M&A transactions, capital measures, or strategic decisions, in which issuers regularly face the challenge of determining the right time for disclosure.
The new regulations are intended to ease the burden on issuers in such situations, reduce regulatory uncertainties, and overall provide greater legal certainty and certainty of action. However, whether the EU Listing Act fulfills this objective in practical application will only become apparent in the concrete handling of the new requirements.
The webcast therefore takes a closer look at the key changes, classifies their impact on corporate and capital markets practice, and, based on specific recommendations for action, demonstrates how issuers can deal with the new requirements in a legally compliant and practical manner.
Speakers:
Dr. Roland Maaß and Juliane Poss regularly advise issuers on all matters relating to compliance with corporate and capital markets law and provide legal support to issuers, investment banks, selling shareholders, and investors in national and cross-border capital market transactions.
We look forward to your questions and to exchanging views.
