Bond Listing at Deutsche Börse

Debt financing – the issuing of bonds – is one of the classic financing options used by companies to raise capital. If companies issue bonds on the capital market for the first time, they can try out the IPO for a limited period of time due to the term of the instruments.

Almost all types of bonds can be listed on the markets of Deutsche Börse, the Regulated Market and the Quotation Board.

Why list bonds in Frankfurt?

Bonds can be included in Deutsche Börse’s Quotation Board without a securities prospectus. The application is made via a trading participant on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange by means of an application document in which the information required for trading is requested.

The application for admission to trading of a bond can be submitted to Deutsche Börse via the web application, the eListing tool. This transmission is secure, fast and without delay to the Listing department and reaches the right contact person immediately.

When issuing a bond, private investors can be directly involved through the “Direct Place” subscription functionality.
