Founded in 1987 under the name of “Wolfgang Steubing GmbH Börsenmakler“, the company changed its legal form to that of a German stock corporation in January 1999. Trading and electronic order routing in listed shares, bonds, certificates, Warrants and ETFs form the core of the company’s business activities. Steubing AG operates on all German stock exchanges and, in addition, has direct online access to around 50 international trading centres.
The company’s other core operations include acting as specialist (for around 1,500 domestic and international stocks), Integrated Orderflow Management, Designated Sponsoring, Institutional Customer Service and advisory of companies on capital market topics.
