The iShares US Large Cap Max Buffer Dec UCITS ETF is actively managed and tracks the performance of large-cap companies in the S&P 500 Index. At the beginning of each one-year outcome period, an upside cap for positive performance and an approximate buffer against losses are set. Provided it is held throughout the period, the ETF absorbs up to 100 percent of index losses over the entire outcome period. The upper limit and buffer are redefined at the beginning of each new outcome period and may vary.

The iShares US Large Cap Moderate Buffer Dec UCITS ETF is also actively managed and tracks the performance of large-cap companies in the S&P 500 Index. However, with this product, which has the same strategic approach, the risk of loss is limited to 10 percent.
