NFON AG (ISIN: DE000A0N4N52) was listed in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange this morning. NFON's initial listing price was €13.00 following an issue price of €12.00.
This takes the number of IPOs in Frankfurt since the beginning of the year to nine.
Cloud-based telephone systems provider NFON AG is another company from the Deutsche Börse Venture Network to go public in Frankfurt. The total issue volume of the IPO was €80.5 million. Berenberg Bank led the IPO, with Baader Bank and ODDO BHF acting as designated sponsors for Xetra trading and Oddo Seydler Bank AG as specialist on Börse Frankfurt.
According to company sources, NFON AG is the only pan-European provider of cloud telephone systems. Based in Munich, the company was founded in 2007 and currently has more than 15,000 corporate clients in 13 European countries.
