Five New Deutsche Bank Short ETFs Launched on Xetra

Targeted ETF offering for short strategies with subject indices

Since Tuesday, five ETFs have been tradable on Xetra, allowing investors to implement short strategies for subject indices. The new ETFs correspond to super sectors of the Dow Jones STOXX family.


The new ETFs are db x-trackers DJ STOXX 600 Telecommunications Short ETF (ISIN: LU0322250126), db x-trackers DJ STOXX 600 Technology Short ETF (ISIN: LU0322250043), db x-trackers DJ STOXX 600 Oil & Gas Short ETF (ISIN: LU0322249623), db x-trackers DJ STOXX 600 Health Care Short ETF (ISIN: LU0322249466) and db x-trackers DJ STOXX Banks Short ETF (ISIN: LU0322249037).

Acquisitions via Deutsche Börse do not involve a front-end load, and the annual management fee is 0.5% in each case.


The ETF product offering on Xetra currently comprises a total of 307 exchange-traded index funds, making it the largest offering of all European stock exchanges. This selection, together with an average monthly trading volume of over €9 billion, makes Deutsche Börse’s XTF segment Europe’s leading trading venue for ETFs.
