Axel Riedel
As Head of Financial Intermediaries at State Street Global Advisors (SSgA)/SPDR ® ETFs, Axel Riedel provides advisory services to institutional customers in Germany and Austria.
Prior to this, he was Head of Passive Portfolio Management and a risk controller in the Asset Management division of Commerzbank. He started his professional career as a Consultant in the Financial Services department of the C&L business consultancy firm, where he was involved in national and international risk management projects. He has eighteen years of experience in the investment business.
Axel Riedel is a graduate in business administration and a DVFA/CEFA investment analyst. He wrote his diploma dissertation on the subject of “Derivative Products and Bank Supervision".
