The objective of the conference, jointly hosted by the Center for Financial Studies (CFS) and Deutsche Börse AG, is to bring together academics, policy makers and regulators, practitioners and members of the industry to focus on state-of-the-art academic research in an environment that stimulates discussions and an exchange of ideas. This year’s main topic are algorithmic trading strategies using High Frequency Trading (HFT) technology since it accounts for a large fraction of cash equity, derivatives and foreign exchange trading activity in today’s markets.
Conference costs:
The conference fee is EUR 150 for academics and EUR 300 for practitioners. There is also a late fee of an additional EUR 100 for registration after June 15 2015. Presenters are exempt from the conference fee.
