1. Introduction
With this circular, we would like to inform you that for MDAX60 shares, the Xetra Liquidity Provider Programme will continue without any changes.
2. Required action
New Xetra Liquidity Providers have to sign the Xetra Liquidity Provider Programme Agreement and register the Trader IDs for liquidity provisioning at least three trading days prior to the calendar month of the beginning of their activity.
3. Details
With Xetra Circular 061/19, the MDAX60 shares have been included in the Xetra Liquidity Provider Programme for a pilot phase from 2 September 2019 to 28 February 2020.
After the end of the pilot phase, the MDAX60 shares will remain in the Xetra Liquidity Provider Programme as of 1 March 2020 until further notice. The requirements for liquidity provisioning and the refund of Xetra transaction fees for the shares included in the programme (DAX30, MDAX60) will continue unchanged and can be found in Annex A.
Annex A of the Xetra Liquidity Provider Programme Agreement, valid as of 1 March 2020, is deemed to be approved, if the Xetra Liquidity Provider does not raise an objection in writing to Deutsche Börse AG, Mergenthalerallee 61, 65760 Eschborn within one week after announcement of the change.
