019/2017: Security update: TLS 1.0 protocol to be disabled on Deutsche Börse Cash Market websites

Effective 1 June 2017, Deutsche Börse will disable the TLS 1.0 protocol on the following websites:

www.deutsche-boerse-cash-market.com

www.xetra.com

www.venture-network.com

This is a technical change required in order to maintain the high level of online security of the Deutsche Börse Cash Market’s services available via the internet.

All customers are requested to ensure that their browsers (or scripts) have the TLS 1.1 protocol enabled that will be required to connect to the respective Deutsche Börse website.

In Internet Explorer, the box “Use TLS 1.1” should be enabled in “Tools” -> “Internet Options” -> “Advanced”.

For all other browsers, or should you experience IT issues, we recommend to check with your IT department.
