With this circular, we would like to inform you about changes to the documents in the attachment (see below).
The adjusted General Terms and Conditions will come into effect on 9 March 2020.
2. Required action
There is no action required by Xetra Members or Multi-Member Service Providers.
3. Details and background
The amendments to the General Terms and Conditions refer to the migration of exchange trading venue "Börse Frankfurt (including Börse Frankfurt Zertifikate)" to the T7 trading platform.
The amended General Terms and Conditions will come into effect on 9 March 2020.
The amendments will be deemed to be approved unless Trading Members admitted at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange file objections to the amendments with Deutsche Börse AG, Mergenthalerallee 61, 65760 Eschborn, Germany, in writing within six weeks after the amendments’ announcement.
