Who we are
mwb Wertpapierhandelsbank AG is one of the most experienced capital market service providers in Germany and has itself been listed on the stock exchange since 1999. With upwards of sixty employees we are highly active for our clients on all German stock exchanges and a substantial number of international marketplaces. Our equity ratio of over 80% provides us a robust basis to perform as a strong partner for our institutional clientele and to best represent the interests of small- and medium firms in the marketplace. In the capital markets we advance collaborative solutions in both equity-raising and bond offering. Among our proven fields of expertise are consultancy and support of institutional customers in equity and fixed-income, Designated Sponsoring and exchange-traded funds.

Our team prides itself on its longstanding experience in all areas of the capital markets. We advise and support small- and medium size firms with the structuring and implementation of capital measures such as Going-Public, Flotations and rights issues. Moreover, the team enjoys an exceptional track record for the selection and placement of corporate bonds as lead manager and maintains enduring relationships with all relevant institutional investors. Continuous support and consultancy following issuance is the matter of course for us. As active stakeholders in the SRH Alsterreseach and through our cooperation with the NordLB we are able to offer investors a comprehensive range of services. All necessary requirements on behalf of issuers are covered effortlessly through our expertise and relationships.
