Who we are
Xandar Capital Pte Ltd is a capital markets services licence holder in Singapore. We have participated (as issue manager and/or placement agent) in more than 100 listings in Singapore since 2000. We have also assisted Singapore-listed companies to achieve secondary listings on Deutsche Börse.
What we do
We cover integrated capital market services from pre-IPO fund raising, IPO project management, IPO placement to post IPO advisory and secondary fund raising. For Deutsche Borse transactions, we participate as Capital Market Partner and Selling Agent.
