What we do
We structure and place equity and debt capital transactions. This includes IPOs, capital increases of all kinds, convertible bonds and corporate bonds. We also arrange private debt financing. On the technical side, we work with a wide range of high-profile partners who enable smooth processing on the trading and paying agent side. All in all, we offer a ‘one-stop shop’ service.
What makes us different
Montega Markets' core concern is to optimally connect issuers and investors. To achieve this ‘best match’ goal in a transaction, we draw not only on our own strengths, but also on those of our ‘sister companies’: Montega AG in Hamburg, a first-class research house, and airtime software AG, one of Europe's leading communication plat-forms for issuers and investors. In addition, we involve complementary, cooperative intermediaries on the placement side as needed. All in all, this leads to an above-average success rate.
