Who we are
Dentons is the new global law firm created by international law firm Salans LLP, Canadian law firm Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC) and international law firm SNR Denton. Our clients benefit from more than 2.500 lawyers and professionals in 79 locations across Europe, the US, Canada, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. In Germany, more than 80 lawyers and tax consultants in our two offices in Berlin and Frankfurt/Main are there to advise you in all key areas of business and commercial law.
What we do
We advise our clients in all major areas of business law and specialize in the areas of banking and finance, capital markets, corporate/M&A, restructuring and insolvency as well as competition and antitrust. The lawyers of our Capital Market Group advise on all legal aspects in connection with raising capital on international capital markets (equity and debt capital markets).

The DLT team at Dentons supports you in the challenge of digitization and the issuance or distribution of digital securities worldwide. Together with the network of technology service providers, the team can fully structure projects and support every step of the implementation.
