Who we are

Corporates and Markets is the integrated Corporate and Investment Banking division of Commerzbank, providing corporate, retail and institutional clients with a comprehensive range of commercial and investment banking products.
Within Corporates and Markets, the Equity Capital Markets division provides comprehensive expertise in the structuring and execution of all kinds of equity transactions. Since 2000 more than 50 IPOs with a combined transaction volume of over € 3.3 bn and more than 30 capital increases and placements have been led successfully. Additionally, Commerzbank exhibits particular know how in the technical execution of customised equity related products including public tender offers, domination / profit and loss pooling agreements, capital increases in kind, squeeze outs and employee participation programs. Extensive post IPO services as designated sponsor or advisory regarding coporate broking topics complement Commerzbank’s services.
