Who we are

We support owners and managers in their financial and capital markets strategy. Usually, we´re involved very early in the process to advise on the financial strategy based on the issuer´s corporate strategy, structure and procedures. Generally we prepare our clients for transactions such as IPOs, capital increases, takeovers or the issuance of bonds. Often we support „dual track“ processes in which an IPO is prepared simultaneously as an alternative to the sale of a company, or pre-IPO placements. The design of management incentive programs are also within our core competences. Our team´s capital markets expertise is unique and dates back to 1985. We were involved in numerous IPOs and complex capital markets transactions since.

What we do

Essentially, we see our role in triggering and coaching a goal-oriented process, contribute our expertise, manage conflicts of interest and exhibit the right mix between sensitivity and persistence. This is based on an a continuous communication with top-management, an adequate on-site presence, strict confidentiality in communicating with managers and owners and a well-established network of seasoned partners. Usually, we advise on IPOs, capital increases, takeovers, issuance of bonds or other complex financial transactions. In addition we have extensive expertise in the design of management incentive programs and the raise of (private or venture) equity. Our contribution is always tailor-made and as individual and different as our clients are. They in turn benefit from our expertise in managing complex processes.

What makes us different

Our advisory company is wholly owned by its active partners who work together for more than 20 years. This is why we are totally independent and free from conflicts of interest. Our team has a unique capital markets expertise dating back to the year 1985. We have access to international databases and dispose of „state of the art“ analytical tools. This is how we ensure the effectiveness of our work and optimal project results. We have an excellent network within the national and international „financial community“ (investors, banks, stock exchange, legal counsels, PR-agencies and accounting firms).
