What we do
Since establishing its presence in Frankfurt, Germany, in 2015, Evercore has provided corporations, entrepreneurs, financial sponsors, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors with independent advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets advisory and other strategic corporate finance matters, leveraging the expertise and global reach of the firm's international platform to help clients navigate their most significant strategic and financial decisions. Its advisory services span mergers and acquisitions, strategic shareholder advisory and activism defense, restructurings, capital raising and capital structure advisory. Evercore supports clients throughout the transaction lifecycle – from evaluating strategic alternatives and valuation to transaction structuring, financing, execution and successful completion. In capital markets, the firm advises on equity and debt transactions, including IPOs, loans, bonds, private placements and mezzanine financings.
